Millenium Insurance Services, Inc., specializes in the coverages you need, whether you are transporting a commodity from coast to coast or within the same city. In fact, we provide insurance only for the transportation industry.

HISTORY
Millenium Insurance was established in 1997. Joe and Johnnie Eanes formed the corporation after spending in excess of 30 years in the financial services industry. Joe Eanes, President, manages the production section of the company. Johnnie Eanes, Vice President, is Office Manager and manages the financial section. The corporation is domiciled in San Antonio, Texas, and is licensed to do business in Arizona, California, Louisiana, New Mexico, Tennessee and Texas. Joe Eanes, President, has been quoted as an authority on transportation insurance in the American Agent & Broker magazine, which is “The Magazine for Insurance Success.”

SERVICE TEAM
All employees are licensed and anxious to show you the difference experience and professionalism can make. Our staff combined has been employed for over 85 years in the field of insurance. Each employee specializes in a specific service responsibility in order to be proficient in handling each contact you make with us. Our Claim Representative handles all claims. The Customer Service Representative for your account might also be responsible for all adds and deletes of equipment, policy review or certificates. The Account Manager will handle accounting questions. We have found specialization promotes accuracy and the best service to our insureds.

COMPANIES WE INSURE
Our portfolio of accounts range in size from one-unit operations to trucking companies with fleets of 150 tractors. A majority of these insureds are engaged in long-haul trucking. The remainder are short-haul companies operating within a 1,000 mile radius or less, generally in Texas and the bordering states, and sand and gravel haulers which operate within a radius of 50 to 150 miles. These companies transport general commodities, hazmat and sand and gravel. We also write property coverage if a trucking firm owns a terminal.

MARKETS
The success of Millenium is due in part to the increase in the number of insurance companies with which we have contracts to write various coverages for the transportation industry, having increased the number of markets from approximately 8 in 1997 to 30 at present. This number may fluctuate as market conditions change. The representation of these numerous markets gives us an advantage to tailor your needs and obtain multiple quotes in order to deliver the best coverage at a competitive premium.
